THE ELEVATE CURRICULUM
Football is built on simple principles — how you attack, how you defend, and how you respond in every moment of the game. All Elevate programmes are built on one consistent curriculum. We coach the game through clear in and out of possession principles, and develop players through six core capabilities; helping them understand in a way that is visual, relatable and easy to apply on the pitch.
But we don’t stop at understanding the game — we bring it to life.
Every week, players focus on a WSL-inspired Anchor Player, using real role models from the women’s game to connect each principle to elite-level performance. This makes learning tangible, memorable and game-real.

Why Elevate Exists
Elevate was created to give girls more. More opportunities to play. More access to quality coaching. More female role models. More belief in what they can achieve through football.
Having seen the game evolve across grassroots environments and player development settings, we’ve witnessed the barriers many girls still face — from limited opportunities to unclear pathways and a lack of consistent, high-quality coaching. Elevate was built to change that.
Everything we do is guided by a simple philosophy:
