#NextGen Coaching Academy : Elevate Girls Football

Developing the next generation of female football coaches and leaders

A structured pathway for aspiring female coaches aged 12+.
Designed in partnership with the Sports 4 Change CIMSPA Junior Football Leader qualification, a nationally recognised entry-level award supporting young people to take their first steps into coaching, refereeing and leadership in sport.

Participants will develop the practical skills needed to support coaching sessions, lead football activities, assist at events and gain an introduction to refereeing.

Elevate brings it to life

The Elevate Coaching Academy model is built around real experience.
Participants gain hands-on learning by working alongside qualified Elevate coaches at weekly sessions, holiday camps and events. They are supported through ongoing mentorship in a safe, structured environment, developing communication, leadership and coaching skills in real football settings.

Through this experience, girls build confidence, gain practical knowledge, and take their first steps into coaching and leadership within football.
